आप कैसे अपने आधार कार्ड में  सुधार कैसे  कर सकते हैं lऑनलाइन घर बैठे चलिए जानते हैं

दोस्तों अगर यदि आपके पास में आधार कार्ड है और आपके आधार कार्ड में एड्रेस गलत है या कोई भी स्पेलिंग मिस्टेक है l आप उसे घर बैठे कैसे ऑनलाइन सुधार कर सकते हैं lऔर किन-किन दस्तावेजों की जरूरत पड़ेगी उसके बारे में आज हम बात करने जा रहे हैं  l

ऑनलाइन आधार सुधार के लिए किन दस्तावेजों की जरूरत पढ़ती है:

1. आप के आधार कार्ड से मोबाइल नंबर लिंक होना चाहिए
2. आपके पास इनमें से कोई एक डाक्यूमेंट्स होना अनिवार्य है जिसकी मदद से आप आधार कार्ड में एड्रेस (पता) सुधार कर पाएंगे

  12. Pensioner Photo Card
  13. Freedom Fighter Photo Card

आधार कार्ड में रिलेशन संबंधी नाम ऐड करने के लिए दस्तावेज:-

POR (Proof of Relationship) documents containing Name of applicant and Name of HoF (Head of Family)

1. PDS Card
2. MNREGA Job Card
3. CGHS/ State Government/ ECHS/ ESIC Medical card
4. Pension Card
5. Army Canteen Card
6. Passport
7. Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth, Municipal Corporation and other notified local government bodies like Taluk, Tehsil etc.
8. Any other Central/ State government issued family entitlement document
9. Marriage Certificate issued by the government
10. Address card having name and photo issued by Department of Posts
11. Bhamashah Card/Jan-Aadhaar card issued by Govt. of Rajasthan
12. Discharge card/ slip issued by Government hospitals for birth of a child
13. Certificate of Identity having photo issued by MP or MLA or MLC or Municipal Councillor or Gazetted Officer on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update
14. Certificate of Identity having photo and relationship with HoF issued by Village Panchayat Head or Mukhiya or its equivalent authority (for rural areas) on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update

नोट -

• आप online सिर्फ आधार कार्ड में Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address

        सुधार कर सकते हैं

•  आप ऑनलाइन आधार सुधार के लिए किन्ही तीन चीजों का सुधार कर सकते हैं l

ऑनलाइन आधार कार्ड में सुधार कैसे करें :-

आधार कार्ड की ऑफिशियल वेबसाइट पर आ जाना है नीचे दी हुई है लिंक पर क्लिक करके सीधे जा सकते हैं

https://uidai.gov.in/

1) आपको My Aadhar पर क्लिक करना है फिर  Update Demographics Data Online पर क्लिक करें

2) Proceed to Update Aadhar पर क्लिक करें l और अपने 12 अंकों का आधार कार्ड नंबर दर्ज करें l कैप्चर          कोड भरे l Send otp पर क्लिक करें l रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त otp दर्ज करें Login पर क्लिक करें l

3) Update Demographics Data पर क्लिक करें l 

4) आप ऑनलाइन आधार सुधार के लिए किन्ही तीन चीजों का चयन कर सकते हैं lआप अपने आधार में जो              सुधार करना चाहते हैं उसका चयन करके  Proceed पर क्लिक करें l 

5) दिखाए गए नोट्स को सावधानीपूर्वक पढ़ें समझें नीचे Yes पर क्लिक करें और Proceed पर क्लिक करें l

6) सुधार किए जाने वाले कॉलम में सही स्पेलिंग दर्ज करें l नीचे डॉक्यूमेंट का चयन करें जो आप अपलोड करना        चाहते हैं l जिसमें आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी सही हो उसे सेलेक्ट करके नीचे डॉक्युमेंट्स अपलोड करें l            Next पर क्लिक करें l 

7) सारी इनफार्मेशन भर देने के बाद आपको Preview पर क्लिक करना है l

8) आपके द्वारा सुधार किया गया Dataऔर Upload की गई फाइल Show हो जाएगी l नीचे Box में आपको कैप्चर        Code भर  देना है l Send otpपर क्लिक करना है l

9) मोबाइल पर प्राप्त otp को दर्ज कर के नीचे बॉक्स में चेक मार्क करना है l और Make Payment पर क्लिक कर      देना है l

 

10) ₹50 का अमाउंट आप से लिया जाएगा आपको पेमेंट मोड सेलेक्ट करके ट्रांजैक्शन सक्सेसफुल कर लेना है l

  

11)  अब आपको एक्नॉलेजमेंट रिसिप्ट प्राप्त होगी आप उसे डाउनलोड कर लें जिसमें आप URN नंबर आधार           नंबर इन दोनों की मदद से आप इसका स्टेटस चेक कर सकते हैं l अगर सब सही रहा तो आपका आधार           जनरेट हो जाएगा l अगर यदि डाक्यूमेंट्स में कुछ खामी पाई जाती है तो आपका आधार कार्ड रिजेक्ट                 किया जाएगा और उसका नोटिफिकेशन भी आपको मिल जाएगा l
