File TDR क्या होता है IRCTC में File TDR कैसे करते हैं आज के इस पोस्ट में हम बात करेंगे
सबसे पहले हम बात करते हैं कि File TDR क्या होता है
तो दोस्तों अगर यदि आप इंडियन रेलवे (IRCTC) से कोई भी टिकट बुक करते हैं और आप किसी भी कारण से उस ट्रेन में सफर नहीं कर पाते हैं तो आपके पास में दो विकल्प होते हैं l पहला तो आप उस टिकट को कैंसिल करा सकते हैं और दूसरा आप उसका File TDR कर सकते हैं l
अगर यदि आप कैंसिल कर आते हैं तो आपको कैंसिलेशन चार्जेस कटके आपके पैसे दिए जाएंगे वहीं दूसरी और अगर यदि आप File TDR करते हैं तो आपका कोई भी चार्ज नहीं काटा जाता आपको पूरा पैसा रिफंड किया जाता है शर्त यह है कि आपको File TDR Reasons बताना जरूरी है l
सबसे पहले हम बात करते हैं टिकट कैंसिलेशन की अगर यदि आप चार्ट बनने से पहले टिकट कैंसिल कर आते हैं तो आपको कैंसिलेशन चार्ज देना अनिवार्य होता है l यानी कि आपका पैसा कट कर आपको वापस दिया जाता है भले ही ट्रेन आपसे किसी भी कारण से मिस यू ना हुई हो l
वहीं दूसरी और हम बात करते हैं File TDR की तो कैसा भी रीजन हो आपको अगर यदि File TDR करना है तो आपको टिकट कैंसिल नहीं कराना है अगर यदि आप टिकट कैंसिल करा देते हैं तो आप File TDR नहीं कर सकेंगे l
File TDR करने के रीजन नीचे दिए हुए हैं जिसके जरिए आप File TDR कर सकते हैं
✔ Train Cancelled
TDR filing Reason & Refund Eligibility as per Railway Refund Rules
✔Train Cancelled by Indian railway
If Train cancelled, Full Refund will be processed automatically in the same account through which the payment was made at the time of booking.
✔Train Late More Than 3 Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
TDR shall be filed before the actual departure of the train for availing full refund
✔Difference Of Fare In Case proper Coach Not Attached and passenger has to travel in lower class
TDR shall be filed within 2 days of the date of issue of the certificate(excluding the day of issue of the certificate) and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔AC Failure.
TDR shall be filed within 20 hours of actual arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔Excess fare Charged BY TTE
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of actual arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔Party Partially Travelled.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of actual arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔Passenger Not Travelled.
No refund of fare shall be admissible on the ticket having confirmed reservation in case ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the train. No refund of fare shall be admissible on RAC e-tickets in case the ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online up to thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
✔Train Diverted And Passenger Not Travelled.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of schedule departure of the train at passenger’s Boarding station.
✔Train Diverted And Train Not Touching Boarding Station.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of schedule departure of the train at passenger’s Boarding station.
✔Train Diverted And Train Not Touching Destination Station.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of schedule departure of the train at passenger’s Boarding station.
✔Passenger Not Travelled Due To Ticket In RAC After Chart Preparation.
No refund of fare shall be admissible on RAC e-tickets in case the ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online up to thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
✔Train Terminated Short Of Destination.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of schedule arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And Waitlisted Passengers Did Not Travel.
TDR shall be filed up to 72 hours of actual arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
✔Party Partially Confirmed/Waitlisted And All Passengers Did Not Travel.
No refund shall be granted on reserved/RAC/waitlisted ticket if it is TDR filed after thirty minutes before scheduled departure of the train.
✔Party Could Not Cancel Because Chart Prepared At Originating Or Previous Remote Location.
No refund of fare shall be admissible on the ticket having confirmed reservation in case ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online up to four hours before the scheduled departure of the train. No refund of fare shall be admissible on RAC e-tickets in case the ticket is not cancelled or TDR not filed online up to thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
✔Change In Reservation Status From Confirmed To Waitlisted/Part Waitlisted/RAC After Chart Preparation.
No refund shall be granted on RAC ticket or waitlisted ticket after thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
✔After Charting No Room Provided.
TDR shall be filed within 3 hours of actual departure of the train at passengers Boarding station.
✔Difference Of Fare As Passenger Travelled In Lower Class.
TDR shall be filed within 2 Days of the date of issue of the certificate(excluding the day of issue of the certificate) and the original certificate (GC/EFT) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to IRCTC.
Please note that the decision about the acceptance / rejection or amount of refund will be taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC.

सबसे पहले आपको आपका IRCTC पोर्टल लोगिन कर लेना है l फिर आपको My Account में जाना है My Transaction में जाना है और File TDR पर क्लिक करना है l
अब आप जिस टिकट का File TDR करना है उसे चयन करें और नीचे Reason का चयन करके File TDR पर क्लिक कर दें l
